I have no clue what this is, my best guess is that it is some kind of a cartoon cat. I really liked the pose and the way it was sketched, the colors used. So, I recreated it.
This photo was taken in a bit different manner where some real plant was used to make it look as if the dinosaur was going to smell the flowers. The entire sketch was done using a color pencil, that's how I could get that dark black.
