  This is from a tutorial by Mark Crilley on how to make a sketch with crosshatching. It was a very interesting sketch and I had fun making it. The silhouette painting of the man and the surrounding areas is very simple and gives a nice effect.

  I had bought a new dip pen. So this was my very first attempt at using it. It’s not that pretty cause the ink has spread out a lot. I would probably need thicker paper next time.
